Activity Selections

Make your choices now for the upcoming rotation

It's really easy. You may want to print this page so you can follow along.


Important note for couples with separate website accounts: When one person signs up for activities, he/she is considered to be signing up for both. It the other person does a sign-up, it will replace the first one (see changing your choices below). We suggest you have a designated activity sign-up person so you don't cancel each other out!

  1. Login with your email address and password.
  2. Click the Sign-up for Activity Groups menu item at top.
    • If you are not logged in as a member, you will get this screen. RotationLogin.jpg

  3. Choose the desired activity period.
    • Please note that the system calls all calendar items "events."ActivitySelectionNew.jpg
  4. Click Show Details (blue box, lower right corner) to see information about the rotation.

  6. Your login email address is already entered. 
  7. Click Next.ActivitySelectionNew3.jpg
  8.  First Name(s): If necessary, enter both names for a couple, i. e. Jane & Jack.
  9.  Phone(s) & Alternate Email: Where can we reach you if we have questions?ActivitySelectionNew4.jpg
  10.  Fill in the Submission Info (required fields).
  11. Make your activity selections by clicking the blue down arrow at the right of the activity entry box.
    • To clear an entry made in error, click above the top choice so that you get a solid dark blue band (see above illustration).
    • Click outside the entry and you will see that it becomes clear and no choice is entered in the selection box.
  12. When you are satisfied with your selections, click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. 
  13. Review your entries.
  14. To accept, click the Confirm button; To make changes, click Back; to exit without entering any selections, click Cancel.
  15. When you click Confirm, your registration is entered into the system and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for the registration.
    • Due to technical limitations, the activities themselves will nt be shown on the email.
    • See below to review your choices at any time.

Reviewing your choices

Once you have made your selections, you can come back anytime to review your choices. Selection details are available until the rotation ends.

  1. Login with your email address and password. 
  2. Click the Review / Change Activity Selections menu item at left. 
  3. Choose the desired activity period.
  4. The system recognizes your login and shows you as Already registered.
  5. Click the Register button for a list of registrations.ActivitySelectionView.jpg
  6. Click View Details to see the existing selections.ActivitySelectionView2.jpg
  7. Click Back and then Cancel to leave without altering your selections.
  8. See below to change your choices.

Changing your choices

Changes may be made only when the activity selection period is open

When the period ends, registration will be disabled, so keep an eye on the calendar. The dates are shown here.

Please use the following process to change your selections. DO NOT contact the Administrator as noted in the blue box below.ActivitySelectionChange.jpg

  1. Follow steps 1 – 5 in the above directions for Reviewing your choices.
  2. Click the New Registration button (or click Cancel to leave without making changes).
  3. Your login email has been entered for you.
  4. Click the Next button.
    • Important! This is a completely new activity submission will that will override your previous choices. Be sure to complete all sections.
  5. First name: If necessary, enter both spouse/partner names.
  6. Fill in phone & alternate email so we can contact you if we have questions.
  7. Submission Info > Is this a change to a previous submission? Choose Yes.ActivitySelectionChange2.jpg
  8. Repeat entry of ALL your selections.
    •  Remember! This is a completely new activity submission will that will override your previous choices.
  9. The entry with the latest date will be presumed to be the correct submission.
  10. When you are satisfied with your selections, click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
  11. Review your entries.
  12. To accept, click the Confirm button; To make changes, click Back; to exit without entering any selections, click Cancel.
  13. When you click Confirm, your new registration is entered into the system and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for the registration.
