Mission

• To introduce newcomers of Kenmure and Berwick Downs to their community, to meet new and existing members and to encourage participation in organization activties.

Membership Requirements

Kenmure: All Kenmure property owners are welcome to join Kenmure Newcomers & Neighbors for an entire year with no obligation to join the Kenmure Country Club.

New members may enjoy our activities and take advantage of the many opportunities to meet and get together with neighbors in this delightful, friendly community for one year before making a decision about joining the Kenmure Country Club.

• After one year, Kenmure Country Club membership is required to remain in Kenmure Newcomers & Neighbors. Any level of membership (Social, Sports or Golf) qualifies.

Once residents have joined Kenmure Country Club, they may remain in KNN indefinitely, as long as they also remain members of the Club.

Berwick Downs: Kenmure Country Club membership is required in this community, so all property owners are eligible to be members of KNN.

Dues

• Dues are $40 per year per household.

• New members joining after September 1st: $20 per household.
  
• New members joining after November 1st shall be considered to be joining for the new fiscal year and their dues will be so credited.

Please note: Fiscal year begins February 1st. Annual dues are payable by November 15th so we can get members enrolled for the Feb - May rotation.
