Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (TIEC) is the ultimate destination for all who love horses, outdoor living, and an active lifestyle. The 1,600-acre resort is conveniently located within an hour of Charlotte and Asheville and boasts expansive views of the Western North Carolina mountains to the west and bucolic foothills to the east. Building on a local legacy of equestrian heritage almost a century old, TIEC hosts more than 40 weeks of multi-discipline equestrian competition annually and has welcomed riders from all 50 states and 68 countries.

Find a festive atmosphere with plenty to see and do on select Saturday nights, spring through fall. 
From carousel to competition, Tryon Resort is for all who love horses! Saturday Night Lights is a Grand Prix equestrian event featuring food, fun, live music, and the highest level of competitive show jumping.

Private Dinner Event

Kenmure guests will dine at one of the resorts premiere restaurants, Campagna Italian Cuisineon a private outdoor covered-patio, and enjoy a select menu of house specialties, which includes traditional Italian favorites made with locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, suggested wine pairings, and traditional Italian desserts.  A full bar is also available.  

Event details:

  • Saturday, October 8, 2022
  • 4:15 - 4:25 PM - gather in Kenmure Country Club lower parking lot
  • 4:30 PM - bus departure from Kenmure Country Club
  • 5:15 PM - arrival at Tryon International Equestrian Center
  • 5:30 PM - Dinner at Campagna Italian Cuisine
  • 7:00 PM - Grand Prix Equestrian Event
  • 9:00 PM - conclude and re-board bus
  • 9:45 PM - arrival Kenmure

In order to participate in this event, you are expected to utilize the bus and participate in the dinner.    

Event Costs: 

  • Per person cost for bus is $20.
  • Costs for food and beverages incurred during dinner will be paid separately by each participant.  

Payment requirements:   Pre-payment is required to reserve your space.  Once you have completed the on-line registration for the event, you will receive a "registration received pending pre-payment" email from the KNN email system.  Please follow the pre-payment instructions in that email including submitting the pre-payment by the due date to assure your space is confirmed.   

Please do not drop your envelope at the Front Gate as due to COVID concerns, traffic volume and staffing shortages, the KPOA has stopped accepting drop-offs at the Front Gate House 

Participant Cancellation policy:   Cancellations made after October 3rd will not be refunded unless a replacement participant is secured from the waitlist or by other means. 


Participation limit for this event is 32.

KNN members will be prioritized first before we open this event up to guests.   

Once participation limits are reached, we will utilize a waitlist for the event.

You are encouraged to sign-up early.  Registration closes September 28th.
