Cancellations happen often, and most people on the waitlist end up getting a spot.

Cancellation policy:   

• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event, you will be charged for your meal.
• If you cannot attend, you can call Guilds at 828-693-8506 to arrange a "To-Go" meal.

Payment: 

• KCC members: Your member account will be charged for each attendee on your reservation.

Non-KCC members:  

• Provide a Visa or Mastercard to KCC at least 72 hours before the event.
• Any drinks purchased at the event will be charged to the same card.
