Mixed Media Art Party

You're invited to gather and create artful treasures together at this Mixed Media Art Party! Local artist Miranda Wildman supplies everything: a playful palette of acrylic paints and markers, hand-painted papers, vintage ephemera with stories to tell, and a handful of surprise mixed-media delights. Miranda will offer gentle, step-by-step guidance so everyone — from first-time doodlers to seasoned makers — can craft a Mixed Media Memento that’s bursting with personality. Keep it for yourself or wrap it up as a heartfelt gift.

Event Details:

• Thursday, November 12, 2026
• 5:00 - 7:30 PM at Treska's on Highland Lake Cove, 215 Rhett Dr in Flat Rock

Event Costs:

• Per person cost for art supplies and instruction is $45.
• Wine, beer, charcuterie, cheese, and crackers are available throughout the event from Treska's to be paid separately by you.

Transportation for this event will not be provided by KNN.  You are welcome to make your own car-pool arrangements should you so desire. 

Directions:  

• Left out of the neighborhood onto Greenville Hwy
• Go 0.9 of a mile and turn RIGHT onto W Blue Ridge Rd (right after The Wrinkled Egg).
• Go 0.7 of a mile and turn LEFT onto Highland Lake Drive
• Go 0.5 of a mile and turn LEFT onto Rhett Drive
• In 200 feet, bear LEFT onto Lake Cove Road
• Go 400 fett and turn RIGHT onto Henry Davids Way
• Turn RIGHT at the Stop Sign. You will see a sign for Treska's 
• Continue past Treska's for parking.

Payment Requirements:  

• Pre-payment of $45 per person reserves your spot.
• Make checks payable to KNN ($45 per person; couples may submit one $90 check). Include “Mixed Media Art Party” in the memo line.
• Place the check in an envelope labeled “A&A Mixed Media Party” and drop it at the Kenmure office by Tuesday, October 27.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is recorded.

 Registration closes October 26.

You are encouraged to sign-up early. Once participation limits are reached, we will utilize a waitlist for the event.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is not made at least 24 hours prior to the event, you will be charged for the event unless a replacement is secured from the waitlist.
